Joel
Arida has a diploma in Electrical Engineering, which he complemented
with a Program for Executive Development (PED) education from the
International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne,
Switzerland. Before joining IBR AG as a partner, he had worked at
the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Du Pont de Nemours SA, Ascom
Telematic, and at F. Hoffmann-La Roche.
He has managed numerous international
and business-critical projects for various companies and industries.
A key area of activity has recently been the management of global
IT Life Cycle Management projects. Core competencies include project
management and coaching, business process analysis, computer systems
validation, IT services management, e-business opportunity analysis.

Rita Locher has a PhD in Chemistry from the Institute
of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. A successful career with the
pharmaceutical company F. Hoffmann -La Roche allowed her to gain
knowledge and management experience in areas as diverse as research,
licensing, marketing and sales.
She
served, sequentially, as a member of Roche's International Marketing
Board as well as the Global Research Executive Board, before joining
IBR AG as a partner. Core competencies cover project management,
business strategy and planning, portfolio- and human resource
management. Over the last years she has been involved in various
large-scale EDC projects. She has recently completed a post graduate
training in integrated organizational consulting at the "Fachhochschule
Solothurn / Olten".

Ralph Stadler
has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a diploma from the SAP
College in Olten. After several years in sales of investment goods
for Sulzer Winterthur he took over a management position in the
process design and development area of Sulzer Chemtech. In this
role he managed several international projects for large multinational
companies in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
His core competencies
include project management, development, patent strategies, implementation
of business processes using ERP software (SAP), EDC, and Computer
System Validation.

Radim Svejda has the Swiss
Federal Diploma in Information Management (Wirtschaftsinformatik) and is a certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA) of the global ISACA association
(www.isaca.org). He has worked for Ciba Geigy and Sandoz and has managed SAP HR
project and later became an IT Auditor, where he has travelled extensively. He then became self-employed and specialized
on IT security.
He has contributed in the
engineering and development of public key infrastructure (PKI) for several international
companies which has enabled key services required by the business, e.g. certificate
based remote access (VPN), encrypted e-mail, secure B2B portal with
certificate based 3rd party access. His core competencies are in IT
Security, IT auditing, and his current focus is on engineering and provisioning
of core IT services to provide secure and reliable services based on
open source products.
